Rocky Mountain Dirt Series. In Just Two Days, You Can Learn An Entire Season Under Your Feet

Get your riding up to the next level with fun and no fear. Cross-country mountain bikers who are tired of getting advice but don’t want to take it too seriously, as well as downhillers who are eager to improve their skills, can sign up for the Dirt Series by Rocky Mountain Bicycles.

The Dirt Series is for riders of all levels. It offers womens-only or co-ed camps in California and Oregon, Idaho, Utah and Alberta.

Candace Shadley, camp founder, said that every year we improve and advance the Dirt Series. We have added advanced programming for 2009 so that more experienced riders can be more confident, smoother, and faster. This is the kind of programming that you need to help intermediate and beginner riders grow every year.

Rocky Mountain Bicycles’ Dirt Series is known for its high repeat rate. It’s too rewarding to not return for more after getting your tire over a log while climbing uphill or tackling that last-minute drop.

The registration record for the Whistler-based program was broken this year. Santa Cruz’s May camp was full in 48 hours. Over 5,000 riders have ridden through the program in the last nine years. Word is spreading just as fast and often faster than the waitlists.

Camp sell-outs are achieved by the same balance required for a rider in order to master plank bridge techniques and maintain a positive attitude. A weekend camp offers small-group skills sessions, instruction rides, and social time with motivational coaches who aim to inform and empower. The coaches are both national and international champions and health and wellness professionals who bring a lot of dedication and tire time to the camps.

The Dirt Series provides world-class instruction. Its goal is to help you learn skills and get past your fears. The Dirt Series by Rocky Mountain Bicycles is sure to make 2009 a memorable season for mountain biking.
